We just wanted to take a moment to provide you with some feedback in regards to the sale of our
property. We have been quite pleased with the attitude and attentiveness shown by both yourself and your
team, throughout the entire sale process. Your organisation displays Professionalism throughout. The fact that our individual needs were considered and understood, ensured that the whole process was completed with minimal disruption to us. This removed any concerns we may have had in the marketing of the property and enabled us to focus on our own plans, along with our normal working routine. I'd also like to comment on the 2 Ken's. The care and respect they showed whilst photographing our home was commendable.

What has been a surprise though, has been the communication from you since the exchange of contracts on the property. It is rare to have so much interaction with the selling agent, once a property is under contract. Thank you for keeping in touch and assisting with some of the smaller questions in regards to working towards settlement. They may not be important in the scheme of things, however it helps us close out some little items.

Finally, we received notification from your Client Service Co-ordinators today, outlining any outstanding questions we may have had about the approaching settlement. This includes presettlement inspection, handover, keys and monies. This is another example of the professional approach that has been undertaken by your organisation. Your offer of a complimentary mini spring clean has been the final touch. As you are aware, all our worldly goods will be locked in storage a couple of days before expected settlement date. We really didn't want to have to carry a bucket, mop, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products with us for the last 2 days we are here. This is a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.
